Drum & Lace's light-classical-tinged electronica, or electronica-tinged light classical, veers a bit too Easy Listening for my taste.  But it sure is purty.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Clean Slate:  pour 1 oz. each of Manzanilla Sherry and Vermouth Blanc and 1/2 oz. Salers, with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, into an ace-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a tulip glass.  Garnish with an edible flower of some sort.
