I've called MV Carbon "The Cellist Of The Future".  But really, she's more than that.  She's the cellist/mulitdisciplinary artist/theorist of the future.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Water Lily:  pour 3/4 oz. each of Gin, Cointreau, Crème de Violette, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
