The founding brothers of The Knights play Ravel's marvelous violin/cello sonata as well as works by themselves and Eric's wife Aoife O'Donovan (and, if they must, recite some Whitman).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:   Monte Carlo:  pour 2-1/4 oz. Rye and 3/4 oz. Bénédictine, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
