This week Out of an Abundance of Caution is turned over to Brooklyn curatorial art squid Famous Swords.  Should be endless fun.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Stork Club:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. Cointreau, 1 oz. orange juice, and 1/2 oz. lime juice, with two dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
