Performing artists share what they've been working on.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Time for an El Capitán:  pour 2 oz. Pisco and 1 oz. sweet Vermouth, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
