A crystalline pianist joins with a uniquely hushed reedman for a night of what promise to be enthralling improvisations.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I've been waiting till the very end of the Summer to spring on you the very hardest Summer cocktail to make that I know, the Ramos Gin Fizz.  Let's go for it:  fill a Collins glass with ice and set aside.  Pour 1 oz. Old Tom Gin, 1/2 oz. each of lemon juice and lime juice, 1 oz. Simple Syrup, 1 egg white, 2 oz. heavy cream, and 3/4 teaspoon of orange blossom water (of course you have some of THAT around) into an ice-filled cocktail shake.  Shake hard.  Shake till your arm feels like it's falling off.  Shake 50 times (count them).  Strain into the Collins glass, from which you have discarded the ice.  Pour from up on high to insure froth.  Top with club soda.  (It's all worth it.)
