MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: This deserves no less than the supernal Yellow Cocktail: pour 3/4 oz. each of Gin, yellow Chartreuse, Suze, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
