A Turkish immigrant assassinated in broad daylight in Germany by neo-Nazis. (At least in Germany, the Fascists are fringe rather than, as here, constituting one of the two parties in a two-party system.) Expect dark metal, electronics, and unconventional sonics and visuals.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Requiring a bit of advance prep, the Sidewalker: pour 1-1/4 oz. each of Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy and lemon juice, 3/4 oz. Maple Syrup, and 1/2 tablespoon of cider vinegar into a glass or pitcher over ice. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Then, pour into a Highball glass over ice. Top with 4 oz. chilled Hefeweizen beer and 3/4 oz. club soda; stir gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
