The wildly unpredictable string quartet ETHEL will do things that can't be predicted.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Mexican "Firing Squad" Special: pour 2 oz. Tequila and 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Grenadine, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a Highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
