MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Sforzando: pour 1 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. Mezcal, and 1/2 oz. each of dry Vermouth and Bénédictine, with 2 dashes of Molé bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
