Queer theater collective Pioneers Go East meta-explores stardom, taking off from the 1970s/80s Downtown Club 57/Pyramid Club performance scene and presenting more fabulous versions of each of themselves.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Believe it or not, a Harvey Wallbanger is quite decent when made with good ingredients: pour 1 oz. each of Gin and Galliano, and 2 oz. orange juice, with 2 dashes of lemon bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
