MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Winterbird: pour 1-1/2 oz. dark Rum, 1/2 oz. each of Fernet and Apricot liqueur, 1 oz. lime juice, 1/2 oz. each of orange juice and pineapple juice, and 1 oz. Simple Syrup, with 4 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a quarter orange wheel and a cocktail cherry.
