A virtual visit by denizons of the Brazilian underground scene. I'm a sucker for practically anything (artistic) coming out of Brazil (forget their current politics!), so you know I'm all over this.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Por do Sol: pour 1 oz. each of Cachaça, Vermouth Blanc, and Campari, with 1 dash of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
