MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Tomahawk: pour 1 oz. each of dark Rum and Seagram's 7 (you can tell how long it's been since anyone would dare name a cocktail this) (substitute Rye if necessary), 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, and 1/4 tablespoon of Cointreau, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
