Another of those throwback artists who make singer-songwriter rock/pop sound like it still has a pulse, Vagabon has been picking up a lot friends lately.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: The Vamp: pour 2 oz. blended Scotch, 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier (or even better Gran Gala if you have any), 2 oz. orange juice, and 1/2 oz. lemon juice, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a wine glass over ice. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
