Among the composers whose work will be featured in the kick-off of this year's Composers Now Festival are inti figgis-vizueta, Anthony Cheung, and List idol Pamela Z!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: El Vergel: pour 1-1/2 oz. Mezcal, 1 oz. Pineau de Charentes, and 1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
