Tehran-to-London punk-to-electronics guy Ash Koosha has created a virtual pop singer called YONA, who tonight will perform love songs.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: This is awful of me, but a Persian Mojito (the sweetness dialed down for Western tastebuds): pour 2 oz. dark Rum, 1 oz. white Rum, 1 oz. Grenadine, and 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a bunch of mint leaves.
