You can't hear enough of the wonderful Post-Minimalist Alvin Singleton (and now, suddenly, you do). Messiaen and Boulez are icing on the cake (a very rich icing indeed) (BTW, that's the funniest Boulez link I've yet come across).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Out of all the restaurants in the world, there's only one I know of named after Lady Gaga: Joanne Trattoria.
