MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, beers and the wurst that love them at Loreley Beer Garden. Streaming at home, have a Bamboo: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of dry Vermouth and Fino Sherry, with 2 dashes each of orange bitters and Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.
