MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, the eclectic As You Are, in the new Brooklyn Ace Hotel, is really pretty nice. Streaming at home, have an Atomic Cocktail: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Vodka and Brandy (French or Spanish), and 1 teaspoon of Amontillado (if you use Spanish Brandy) or Oloroso (if you use French Brandy) Sherry, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe and top with 1-1/2 oz. Champagne.
