Knockdown's Outline shows are always well-programed and capacious. This one features Julia Holter, who melds singer-songwriter with electronica, as headliner. Among the many other worthies on the bill are Emily Sprague, doing solo ambient under her own name and folk-pop/rock with (or as) her band Florist, Bing & Ruth with their compelling minimalist-ambient, and Matthew E. White & Lonnie Holley, who have a genuinely unique take on art/folk-pop.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: ECB is really your best bet around Knockdown, for burgers and now, oddly, Red Sauce.
