MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, still haven't tried the new Mexican spot El Zasón, but their Cochinita Chiapaneco continues to call my name. Streaming at home, have a Black Barrel: pour 2 oz. Rye and 1/2 oz. each of Averna Amaro and Amontillado Sheryy, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
