MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, you might try the disappointingly limited (but what there is, is good) eclectic menu, and very good wine, at Jolene. Streaming at home, have a Zone Amarillo: pour 1 oz. each of Mezcal and Tequila, 3/4 oz. Punt e Mes, and 1/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse, with 2 dashes each of Angostura and Peychaud's bitters, into a rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange twist and a cocktail cherry.
