MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, still haven't tried the new Mexican spot El Zasón, but their Cochinita Chiapaneco continues to call my name. Streaming at home, have a Solstice (duh): pour 2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. Cointreau, and 1 tablespoon Allspice/Pimento dram into a rocks glass over ice. Stir.
