Another in Bowerbird's enormously appealing series of recitals designed to usher you into sleep. This one's by ambient mbirist Laraaji — who can certainly put you to sleep.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Indian Summer: pour 1-1/2 oz. Cognac, 2/3 oz. Mezcal, 1/4 oz. Allspice/Pimento Dram, and 1 teaspoon of Agave Syrup into a rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
