This month Downtown Variety focuses on the Alt Theater (etc.) scene in Serbia. One can only guess it will be sharply political.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Susina Sour: pour 3/4 oz. each of Slivovitz, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and Honey Syrup, and 1/2 oz. Gin, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry skewered with a rosemary sprig.
