MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: This is a long show. Let's have a bunch of Aperol Mists: pour 1 oz. each of Aperol and lemon juice into a pint glass over ice. Top with Belgian (or Belgian-style) wheat beer. Garnish with a lemon twist.
