MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: I recommended a Mellow Corn 'n Oil for something else tonight in this week's initial List — but it's even more apt for this show: pour 3/4 oz. each of Mellow Corn Whiskey, blackstrap Rum, and Falernum into a rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with a big huge lime wedge.
