I personally was finding OOAAOC kind of tiresome when it served as an effective adjunct to the Exponential Festival. But now that the Festival is over (wasn't its online iteration great?), OOAAOC should be back to its usual unpredictable anything-can-happen self.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Still sticking with the manifestly appropriate Mad Hatter: rinse a coffee cup with Absinthe. Pour 2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. lemon/lime juice (combined), and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into the rinsed cup. Garnish with a lemon twist.
