This was originally supposed to be a full-length live performance piece based on Saint-Saëns's ever-delightful Carnival of the Animals. But something happened last March. So now we're getting videos of "Personages with Long Ears" and "Aquarium". I'll take them.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: French 75: pour 1 oz. Cognac (you can also use Gin, but it's still March for God's sake) and 1/2 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
