After a year, the final installment (unless they decide to do another one) of this iteration of this fantastic variety series, stalking the frontiers of Brooklyn/Queens theater, performance, music, and dance. It will soon morph into a show by and for students: good luck to them!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: One last glass (or so) of the manifestly appropriate Mad Hatter: rinse a big tea cup with Absinthe. Pour 2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. lemon/lime juice (combined), and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into the rinsed cup. Garnish with a lemon twist.
