MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Burnt Martini: pour 2 oz. Gin, 1/4 oz. Islay Scotch, and 1/2 oz. dry Vermouth into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
