A Caroline Shaw quartet for the List. Bartok's quartets aren't resztelt máj either — and the tense, terse Third, played this afternoon, is pretty shattering. Dvorak's chamber music is pleasant (I mean that in the nicest way possible).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In the Pines: pour 1-1/2 oz. Mezcal, 3/4 oz. Zirbenz, and 1/2 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Cardamaro, with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
