MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Close Call: pour 1 oz. each of Genever and Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy, 1/4 oz. each of yellow Chartreuse and Maple Syrup, and 1/2 oz. each of orange juice and heavy cream, with 1 dash of Whiskey Barrel bitters, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ICE. Dry shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice (crushed if possible). Top with Port. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
