The NYU Alt Classical collective teams up with Arlen Hlusko, the Bang on a Can All-Stars' fabulous new cellist.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: I really really like the All Hands on Deck: pour 1-1/2 oz. Mezcal and 1/2 oz. each of sweet Vermouth, Curaçao, and Fernet into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
