MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Finding Peggy: pour 1-1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge, 3/4 oz. each of Gin and dry Vermouth, and 1 teaspoon of Patis, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini or coupe.
