MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: I'm gonna keep pushing the Flying Dutchman until all of you have had one: pour 1-1/2 oz. Genever and 3/4 oz. each of yellow Chartreuse, Bénédictine, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
