MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Japanese Cocktail: pour 2 oz. Cognac and 1/2 oz. Orgeat, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
