Susan Kander's BLM-themed opera has been playing around over the last couple of years, and it now appears in a film by the A'KEEN Brand team. Soprano Karen Slack — the only vocal performer — is one incredibly eloquent singer.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Black Barrel: pour 2 oz. Rye and 1/2 oz. each of Averna Amaro and Amontillado Sherry, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.
