Look, we all have our weird preferences — and among mine are tricks with bubbles. I could imagine someone not being charmed by this stuff — but I wouldn't want to be them.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: B2C2: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Brandy, Bénédictine, and Cointreau in an Old Fashioned glass over ice. Stir. Top with — here's the bubble trick — room temperature Brut Champagne.
