MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Salers Delight: pour 1-1/2 oz. amber Rum, 1/2 oz. each Cocchi Americano and Salers, 1/2 oz. Aperol, and 1 teaspoon Crème de Violette into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
