The crack Choral Composer/Conductive Collective does not just new but brandspankingnew choral pieces (with instrumentalist friends kicking in). Instead of incorporating the latency inherent in remote media into the performance concept as others have done, they grind their bootheels in its face.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Conference: pour 1/2 oz. each of Rye, Bourbon, Calvados, and Cognac, and 1 teaspoon of Demaerara Syrup, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and 1 dash of chocolate bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist and a lemon twist.
