Karl Larson is the pianist in Bearthoven, and Scott Wollschleger is a composer that band plays a lot of. Alternating quietitude and eruptions, Wollschleger's music is magnetic.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go to the venue, it'll be nice to walk around the corner to the welcoming and delicious Kind of Soul. At home, have an All Quiet : pour 1-1/2 oz. blanco Sotol (get some Sotol: you'll thank me!), 1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc, and 1/4 oz. Amaro Montenegro into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist. If you have any Neroli Oil, put in a drop (WHY do you have Neroli Oil???????).
