MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go to the venue, it'll be nice to walk around the corner to the welcoming and delicious Kind of Soul. At home, try a Siamese Storm: pour 2 oz. golden Rum (Phraya by preference — but if you don't have any don't sweat it) and 1/2 oz. lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime twist.
