Wow. Pamela Z doing Pamela Z. Pamela Z (and others) doing Caroline Shaw (a world premiere!). A bunch of folks doing John Adams. And some Andrew Norman. I'm not familiar with Amadeus Regucera, but if the SFCMP see fit to put his work in that company, I'm eager to listen.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Oh Rickey: pour 1 oz. each of Pisco, Suze, and lime juice, and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice. Dry shake. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a cucumber slice or two and a few mint sprigs.
