MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go in person, great Haitian (and don't miss the cocktails!) at Rebèl. If you watch from home, Welterweight: pour 1-1/2 oz. white Rum and 3/4 oz. each of Amontillado Sherry and Aperol into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
