To celebrate the 10th birthday of Michael Gordon's hour-long wooden percussion piece, you'll be able to hear it over and over for 12 hours played by different wooden-percussion ensembles around the world.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Norwegian Wood: pour 1 oz. each of Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy and Aquavit (Linie by preference), 3/4 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
