MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go, you'll be drinking at the venue, obvs. Soak it up at local favorite Pasta Louise. At home, have a Cowboy Shandy: pour 1-1/4 oz. blended Scotch, and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a pint glass over ice. Top with lager. Garnish with a lemon twist.
