If all violinist Charlie Burnham had done was play in James Blood Ulmer's great, searing band in the '80s, his place in NYC music would be secure. But of course, he's done (and continues to do) so much more.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go, you'll be drinking at the venue, obvs. Soak it up with some pleasant neighborhood Italian at Bar Toto. At home, celebrate Midsommar with a Vespar: pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each of Aquavit and Cocchi Americano, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon or an orange
twist.
