A multi-camera multi-sensory dance experience. (If they can arrange smell remotely, they'll have really done something new.)

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: El Guapo: pour 2 oz. Tequila and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, with 4 dashes of Cholula Hot Sauce and 6 lime chunks, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice. Muddle. Add ice. Shake. Dump it all into a rocks glass. Sprinkle in a little salt and pepper.
